[Latest update] In late 2024, I moved to Canada to start a new chapter of life with my wife, building our careers and settling into this northern land.
Between August 2022 and August 2023, I worked at China National Publishing Industry Trading Corporation, empowering teams with data tools and automation. I designed and implemented Power BI dashboards for desktop and mobile, providing real-time CRM insights that enabled data-driven decisions. By standardizing data formats across departments, I eliminated silos and improved integration. I also automated reporting workflows using VBA and RPA, reducing turnaround time from 2 days to 2 hours. These efforts significantly enhanced operational efficiency and scalability.
From early 2020 to late 2021, I worked at BMW Group China as an Operations specialist, leading data integration and dashboard development across multiple departments. I consolidated CRM and vehicle data to generate actionable insights that supported operations, marketing, and R&D strategies. I built interactive BI dashboards, transforming complex datasets into intuitive visual narratives. To promote data literacy, I trained over 100 employees, created an SQL Cheat Sheet, and enabled self-service analytics. I also monitored vendor KPIs, identified service gaps, and ensured compliance with BMW's operational standards.
I am a fast learner with strong self-learning abilities, and I enjoy exploring new technologies to challenge myself. Beyond my technical interests, I practice Humanistic Buddhism and actively engage in social charity work. I also offer free psychological support, hoping to apply Buddhist wisdom to provide a listening ear and guidance to those in need with kindness and empathy.
